bear in mind - WALL WORKS

While playfulness is often reserved for children, I believe it's equally important for adults. It acts as a gateway to creativity, innovation, and overall well-being, providing a much-needed escape from the pressures of society. Through playfulness, individuals can reconnect with their inner selves - exploring, rediscovering, and nurturing their creativity without the constraints of productivity or fear of failure.

Our personal histories continuously shape us, offering a map to navigate toward building a more equitable future. Embracing playfulness to explore creativity - which exists beyond the confines of societal expectations - allows us to fully realize and express these histories; an essential component to unleashing the human potential to build a better tomorrow.

Bear In Mind interactive paintings are constructed from recycled shredded denim insulation and fabric scraps from my studio. They invite guests to play with the sprinkles on the bear's surface to create whatever they have in mind - giving the materials new life each time another person interacts with them. They can also take a picture with their bear in mind.
